Security and data handling.
Straight answers about how client information is handled.
Least access necessary
Engagements start with the least access necessary — usually documentation, walkthroughs, and conversations — and broaden only when the scope genuinely requires it. See the process description on each service page for specifics.
Sensitive material
The contact form and general email are not a secure channel. Passwords, payment-card data, government IDs, health information, and other sensitive case evidence should never be sent that way — a secure transfer method is set up as part of onboarding for any engagement that requires it.
Retention and deletion
Client materials are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the engagement and a reasonable record of the business relationship afterward. Deletion can be requested at any time — see the Privacy Policy for how.
