Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 10, 2026
This page describes TrustCircuit’s actual current practices in plain language.
Overview
This policy explains what information TrustCircuit collects through this website, why, and how it is handled. TrustCircuit is an abuse-testing firm, not a consumer platform — this site is informational and exists primarily to start conversations with prospective clients.
Information we collect
Contact form. When you submit the form on the /contact page, we collect the information you enter — your name, work email, company, company website, role, organization size, primary concern, desired timeline, and any additional context you provide. This is used only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry.
Trust Gap Check. The assessment at /risk-check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are never transmitted to TrustCircuit or stored anywhere — refreshing or closing the page clears them completely.
Scheduling and payment. “Book a scoping call” links to Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service — picking a time shares your name, email, and anything else you enter with Cal.com directly. “Request a Rapid Risk Review” also goes through Cal.com, with payment collected by Stripe — TrustCircuit never receives or stores your card information. Cal.com’s and Stripe’s own privacy policies govern what they do with what you give them.
Analytics. This site does not currently run any analytics or tracking software. If that changes, this policy will be updated first to name the service and describe exactly what it collects.
How information is used
Contact-form submissions are used solely to evaluate whether TrustCircuit is a good fit for your situation and to follow up with you. Submissions are delivered by email to TrustCircuit and are not sold, rented, or used for advertising.
Who we share information with
Contact-form submissions are delivered using a transactional email provider (currently Resend) acting as a data processor on TrustCircuit’s behalf. Scheduling is handled by Cal.com, and payment for the Rapid Risk Review is processed by Stripe — both act as independent processors for what you give them directly, not on TrustCircuit’s behalf. TrustCircuit does not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data retention
Contact-form submissions are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the business relationship. You can request deletion at any time using the contact details below.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information TrustCircuit holds about you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted, by emailing geo@gettrustcircuit.com directly.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. TrustCircuit does not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site and business evolve. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
